Relocating a head office is a complex project but also an opportunity to refresh and renew your office design. The most important part is an alignment and deep understanding of your brand. During a process like this, the support of professionals is essential, not only to guide but also to challenge the status quo. After an open RFP process, Urban Spaces was appointed based on their clearly defined process, creative direction, and cost structure. This relationship and planning process started early 2024 and led to a successful occupation of our new premises by June of 2025.
Throughout this journey, Urban Spaces became more of a partner than a consultant or service provider. They approached the project with professionalism, care, and patience, consistently providing us with the best and most creative options available in the marketplace.
