We designed a custom exhibition stand for The Property Magazine that captured the brand’s distinctive style and voice. The concept merged the welcoming warmth of a modern living room with the vibrant energy of a newsroom—bringing the publication’s essence to life in a bold, immersive space.
The colour palette featured crisp white tones accented with soft grey and the magazine’s signature red. This combination created a professional yet inviting atmosphere, ensuring the stand stood out while remaining true to the brand identity.
We incorporated several standout elements to drive engagement and improve functionality:
Rotating Display Boxes
These custom-built units showcased selected photographs from The Property Magazine’s archive. As they rotated, visitors could engage with the content and explore the publication’s themes in an intuitive, tactile way.
Pigeonhole Magazine Storage
Neatly integrated pigeonhole compartments displayed physical copies of the magazine. This not only offered easy access for visitors but also encouraged takeaways.
Feature Wall Installation
A bold visual centerpiece tied together the design. It highlighted key themes of the magazine and visually reinforced its editorial voice and lifestyle appeal.
The exhibition stand for The Property Magazine made a strong impression at Decorex Cape Town hosted at CTICC. Its clean lines, carefully selected materials, and interactive elements drew attention while reflecting the brand’s editorial sophistication and aspirational tone.
By balancing aesthetics with functionality, the design offered a space where the magazine’s personality could be experienced—rather than just read.
