Percipient is a property investment company. First, when they relocated to Newlands, they called on us to provide them with a suitably fitted workspace. It proved to be a small and challenging premises. Therefore, we were tasked with carefully planning their required facilities. So, we delivered a fresh space to suit their updated brand identity.
