Complete Office Renovation with Custom Features

We completely renovated the office, starting from scratch. We added modern bathrooms, meeting rooms, kitchen areas, and an open-plan workspace designed to foster collaboration. Custom features, such as bespoke seating and joinery, were carefully crafted to meet both aesthetic and functional needs.

Upon entering, visitors are welcomed into a spacious, inviting waiting area. A deep-button sofa offers comfort, and a branded wall, bathed in ambient lighting, sets the tone for the firm’s strong identity. Adjacent to the waiting area, a sleek coffee station gives visitors the opportunity to enjoy a beverage before meetings.

Business-Focused Meeting Spaces with an Elegant Touch

The meeting rooms were designed with a more serious, professional tone. These spaces were created to facilitate business discussions and high-level consulting. We enhanced the design with mementos and a curated wine collection that highlights Southchester’s long history.

To reinforce the theme, we used selected NYSE-inspired murals on the walls. These pieces visually tie the meeting rooms to the company’s heritage, blending corporate elegance with an engaging historical context.
