We were approached by the clients contractor to provide a complete design of this well situated 1 bedroom apartment located in Granger Bay, close to the V&A Waterfront.

The apartment was dark, confined and had some impractical attributes.

All finishes, furniture, accessories were specified and layouts were provided to create a luxurious and well rounded residence. Colour inspiration was sought from the breath-taking surrounds and a more sophisticated, clean and airy finishes was selected. Ready to be let for relaxing holiday or business accommodation.
